These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trenly.pl website (“Service”, “Platform”), operated by Trenly.pl (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Scope of Service
Trenly.pl currently operates as a directory for beauty training in Poland (hair, makeup, nails, lashes, tattoo, barbering, cosmetics, wellness).
In the future, the Platform may evolve into a marketplace where trainers can sell online courses, tickets to workshops, and on-demand materials.
We act as an intermediary: we do not provide trainings directly but allow trainers to publish their services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features (listing courses, booking), you may need to register an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You must provide accurate and complete information. False information may result in account suspension.
3. Listings & Trainer Responsibilities
Trainers are solely responsible for the content of their listings (course descriptions, prices, schedules, qualifications).
Trainers must ensure that their listings comply with applicable laws and professional standards in Poland.
Trenly.pl is not liable for inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information provided by trainers.
4. Learner Responsibilities
Learners are responsible for verifying the relevance, quality, and suitability of trainings before booking or purchasing.
Trenly.pl does not guarantee outcomes, certifications, or employment opportunities from listed courses.
5. Payments & Fees (Future Marketplace)
When the marketplace launches, transactions between learners and trainers may be processed through Trenly.pl or third-party payment providers.
Trenly.pl may charge a commission fee on successful bookings or sales.
All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN), unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to trainer-specific policies. Trenly.pl is not liable for disputes between trainers and learners but may mediate at its discretion.
6. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
Use the site for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
Copy, scrape, or distribute content without permission.
Circumvent security measures (e.g. CAPTCHA, Cloudflare protections).
Post or promote harmful, offensive, or irrelevant content.
Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.
7. Intellectual Property
The Trenly.pl brand, logo, and platform design are owned by us.
Trainers retain rights to their course materials, images, and descriptions.
By posting a listing, trainers grant Trenly.pl a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their content on the platform.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Trenly.pl provides the Platform “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for:
The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of trainings offered by trainers.
Financial losses, cancellations, or disputes arising from trainer-learner agreements.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Polish law.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to such processing.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cause harm to others, or misuse the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
